Bedding and patio plants are available all year round for your pots and containers. They can also be used to fill gaps in borders, between more permanent plants or as a colourful display on their own.

Pansy Mix
Pansies are wonderful bedding plants for spring, summer and winter and will provide you with a rainbow of bright, bold colours that bring life to your pots, containers and flowerbeds. A firm favourite, producing cheery blooms, a hint of pansy scent and incredible flowering performance.
We have a great selection of colours to choose from, which are available all year round.
Surfinia Purple
Renowned for its prolific growth and beautiful blue trumpet blooms, the flowers are surprisingly weather resistant and are great in hanging baskets for a cascade of colour.
We also stock ten more colours including blue, red, lime, hot pink etc. Available April to June
Tuberous Begonia Mix
Providing splashes of colour from April to October, begonias are excellent bedding plants for pots, containers and flower beds. Available from April to June
Height 30cm with spread of 20cm can be expected.

A beautiful flower with 5 distinct colours ideal for borders or in pots. Has great fragrance with a sweet and spicy clove like scent.

Come and be inspired by the wide range of stunning flowering bulbs we stock, an easy and very effective way of adding lots of colour to your garden.

Snowdrops
Loved by everyone, snowdrops are the classic winter flowering plant, and are some of the first bulbs of the year to bloom (February onwards) – blooming with pretty white flowers, snowdrops are ideal for planting in lawns, borders and containers.
Planting time: Sept – Oct.

Tulip Red Riding Hood
This striking variety always attracts attention, with the long-lasting bright red flowers to be seen from April – May. Tulip Red Riding Hood is ideal for planting in beds, borders and containers.

English Blue Bells
From April onwards, the deep blue straight-sided bell flowers appear and are usually scented.
English Blue Bells are ideal for planting in wild gardens, woodlands and between shrubs and trees.

Crocus Species Mix
A sure sign that spring is on the way, crocus species mix are delicate and colorful in shades of lavender, purple, yellow, and white, and flower through to March.
Ideal for planting in rockeries, beds and containers. Planting time: Sept – Oct

Climbers
Climbers are excellent for covering walls, arches, trellis and fencing. We have a wide range available, including Ivy’s, Clematis, Jasmine and Honeysuckle.

Clematis Nellymoser
One of our best sellers, the ever popular Nellymoser is fast growing and produces large, rich pink flowers, blooms twice in season, late spring and then late summer.
Other varieties available are Montana Rubens, Jackmanii and The president.
Height of 3m and spread of 1m can be expected.

Honeysuckle Belgica
Belgica is a vigorous climber that produces masses of delightfully scented purple and yellow flowers through the summer.
Other varieties available are Serotina,Henryi and Graham Thomas.
Height of 3m and spread of 1m can be expected.
Parthenocissus Veitchii
Veitchii (Boston Ivy) is a vigorous, self-clinging deciduous climber with bright green leaves that turn dark red / purple in autumn. As a result, Veitchii is a striking climbing plant for brightening up a bare wall, a pergola or fence.
Parthenocissus quinquefolia and henryana also available.
Eventual height of 50ft and spread of 20 ft can be expected through time.
Wisteria sinensis
Also known as Chinese Wisteria, this is a very vigorous and quick growing climber, which flowers with gloriously scented long purple or white flowers in spring.
Eventual height of 30ft and spread of 15ft can be expected.
Fruit Trees
One of the best things we can do for ourselves and for our garden is to grow some fruit and vegetables.
Home grown fruit is great for eating fresh, for baking with and let’s not forget for making delicious jam! We offer a great selection of quality fruit trees and soft fruit plants for you to choose from, here are a few examples:
Apple Discovery
Producing bright red, crisp, juicy apples with a sharp fresh flavour, Discovery has good disease resistance and frost tolerance and is ideally suited for the smaller garden.
Planting time: all year round. Picking time: early August

Plum Victoria
Very popular and easy to grow, Plum Victoria is self pollinating and reliably produces lots of delicious large, pale red fruit, which can be used for cooking, canning, bottling or just eating fresh.
It produces single, white flowers in spring and fruiting picking can start in late August.
Planting time: all year round
Pear Conference
Conference is an ever popular self pollinating pear due to its reliability even in less than favourable conditions. The fruits are long and narrow with juicy but firm flesh.

Strawberry Elsanta
Another firm favourite, Elsanta remains so popular due to the high yields of glossy fruit produced in summer, the flavour of which is outstanding.

Heleborus Niger
Also known as ‘Christmas Rose’, this fully hardy perennial flowers from January to April, producing white, bowl shaped flowers.
Eventual height of 30 cm with 45cm spread can be expected
Rudbeckia Goldstrum
A classic shrub bed plant, instantly recognizable for its yellow daisy flowers with black centres, provides long lasting colour in late summer and autumn
Height of 2-3ft can be expected
Agapanthus Blue
This compact hardy is ideal for planting in containers on the patio due to its compact size
It produces trumpet-shaped, very dark blue flowers in mid to late summer.
Height of 45cm with spread of 30cm can be expected.
Phlox paniculata
This reliable garden plant flowers between July and October, and can be bought in a range of colours, including blue, pink and white.
Height 2-4ft with spread of 4ft can be expected

Ruby Wedding Hybrid Tea
This rose produces large blooms of deep, velvety ruby red flowers with some delicate fragrance in spring.
Height of 2.5ft can be expected. Available Nov – June
Arthur Bell Floribunda Rose
Arthur Bell has well formed buds that open to large golden yellow, bowl-shaped flowers that fade to cream with age. A healthy, reliable and very fragrant rose.
Height of 3ft can be expected. Available Nov – June
Sweet Dream Patio Rose
Sweet Dream produces lovely fragrant apricot flowers that are medium sized and plentiful. Flowering from July to October, this patio rose looks great in a pot or as a small group at the front of the border.

Graham Thomas Shrub Rose
Graham Thomas is one of the best of the English Roses, with medium sized, pure deep yellow, fragrant cupped flowers. An upright and bushy grower, Graham Thomas bears glossy dark green leaves.
Height of 4ft with spread of 3ft can be expected. Available Nov-June

Mahonia Charity
This evergreen shrub, with its striking foliage and racemes of yellow scented flowers (from October onwards), grows equally well in sun or shade and in most soil types. Ideal for planting in shrub beds
Height: 3ft in 5 years
Prunus Kanzan
A very popular vigerous upright deciduous tree, masses of clusters of fully double
pink flowers from April.
Height and width: 25ft x 18ft in 20 years.
Hydrangea Blue Wave
This is one of the most popular lacecap hydrangeas, producing rich blue flowers (when grown in acidic soils) or beautiful pink flowers in alkaline soils.
Flowers in July – August, and growth of 3ft in 5 years can be expected.
Camellia Donation
A lovely evergreen shrub that produces semi-double pink flowers from February to May – This shrub is perfect for growing in large containers or shrub beds

Growing your own vegetables is fun and rewarding, opening up a whole new world of fresh, seasonal vegetables, at the same time as making us more in tune with nature and helping us to lead a healthier lifestyle.
